We are moving towards a fully automated billing system for monthly system payments. We are moving all clients to use standing orders or our new Billing Platform.

By submitting this form you agree to the following:
- You confirm that to the best of your knowledge all of the above details are correct.
- You have read the Horse Riders Code of Conduct here. You understand that riding at any standard has inherent risk that you may fall off and could be injured. You accept that risk and agree that the riding school will not be liable for injury or damage to property unless caused by their negligence.
- (If signing for a minor) You have explained the riders code of conduct to your child and you both accept the risk and agree that the riding School will not be liable for injury or damage to property unless it is caused by their negligence.
- You have read and understand the lesson booking and cancellation policy and agree to abide by it at all times.
- GDPR Statement: I understand that the information I have given will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) but may also be made available to insurers and other concerned parties in the event of any injury or accident.

Please note lessons can only be booked online if your account has been verified, you meet the level requirements and the booking is made more than a day in advance. If you have any questions or wish to book at shorter notice please contact IB4E. Bookings can only be cancelled by contacting the office and all bookings are governed by IB4E Terms. Vouchers cannot be used for online bookings.

Payment, cancellation and refund policy: Prepayment is required for all lessons at the time of booking. Thereafter you may change your lesson to another date/time provided 24 hours notice is given. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance for whatever reason. No refunds will be issued for unused vouchers.
